职位描述
1、协助部门经理起草各种工作文件、制度，制作部门工作表格，会议记录及其他文书工作；
2、负责部门日常行政工作包括：考勤信息收集汇总并递交部门经理审核，负责工程部与各个部门文件往来/沟通工作，上传下达做好信息传递工作等，及上级安排的其他工作；
3、负责部门物资材料和维修工具的入库清点、登记以及领用发放等管理工作；
4、提醒部门各主管按时提交工作表格及工作报告，并做好相关部门文件的整理及归档；
5、协助部门经理安排部门各项会议，开展部门内部培训，做好人员召集工作。
6、完成上级交办的工作任务。
岗位要求
1、学历：大专以上学历，工科类相关专业优先；
2、经验：2年以上相关工作经验优先；
3、能熟练使用常用办公软件及CAD软件，具有较好的沟通能力及协调能力，具有一定的写作能力。
