Responsibility

- To build strong networking with cross function, support team to achieve outstanding result, and support business growth

- To manage the end-to-end supply chain, from imported products’ planning, procurement, transportation to China local brand labeling products management and reverse supply chain, support both China local sales and export business growth.

- To apply SIOP process and set up regular review and communication with marketing, downstream supply chain team, demand planning etc.

- To maintain valued service to customer, listen to customers’ voices and seek for continuously improvement opportunities.

- To continuously improved KPIs: OTDs, DINs/GINs,S-OTD, E2E LT,AC2 etc

- To improve and sustain high level supplier management performance with high efficiency and automation.

- To support business growth, boost sales for new launched products, manage products ramping down and ramping up smoothly.

- To balance supply chain cost vs delivery, lead-time, develop low cost supply chain. (cost effective)

- To provide best customer experiences from supply chain perspective.

- To implement Project with Supplier, such as Consignment Stock, Cross Stocking, Local for Local Project

Qualifications:

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering

- Job Related Experience:
At least 6 years Logistics Experience, 2 years management experience;

- Business Understanding:

Familiar with Mass Production / Intensive Manufacturing Mode
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

1. Fluent English is mandatory;

2. Good at SAP, especially for MM/PP/SD/WMS module;

3. Good at Excel, Access, have strong skill on data mining and analysis;

4. Strong responsibility & communication skill, work effectively under high pressure;

5. Strong Leadership, good management skill;
