工作职责：

1. Lead an environment auditor team to accomplish hair/insect/foreign particulate reduction goal.

2. Coordinate with vendor/buyer/division to set goal for hair/insect/particulate reduction

3. Coordinate with vendor/buyer/division/pest control company to come up the improvement plan and carry out them relentlessly.

4. Conduct quarterly review for particulate control with vendors to make sure we are on the right track

5. Conduct quarterly review with pest control companies to make sure we are on the right track for pest control

6. Conduct quarterly review with buyer/division to brief the actions we have taken and the progress we have made.

7. Review the daily environment audit report, identify the gap and push the vendor to improve their environment control

8. Standardize the good practices and expand to all the vendors, periodically discuss with division the align the practice between facility and China vendors.

9. Train environment auditors and the vendors for environment control.

10. Data analyzing and trending for particulate trend, optimize Resources based on the particulate data for individual vendors.

11. Keep exploring the new opportunities for continuous improvement, learn from the industry leaders.

12. Perform environment audit for key vendors.

工作要求：

1. Ability to influence the organization to accomplish environmental control objectives and a demonstrated commitment to a participative work environment.

2. Experence on environmental project.

3. Good communications skills.

4. Excellent English on oral and written.
