Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Industry Business team. Reporting to the Industry Business Unit, EU(Project) Regional Sales Manager, you will be focusing on follow up/maintain institute customer, push forward &complete diagram & recommendation of Schneider Electric products in EU/EPC/SI projects.
Main responsibilities
Execute BU’s commercial strategy and follow up /maintain Key EU/EPC/SI customers routinely.
Build up adequate project pipeline and update the forecast in time.
As a commercial interface to customer, sell both Schneider product and solution to customer. Spec-in Schneider’s technical strengths on End User side; Identify customer pain points and deliver proposal to solve the problems.
Primary responsibility to handle customer’s issues by coordinating all relevant company resource to support the customer.
Based on company’s Customer Plan, execute a series of customer activities, develop the relationship between EU/EPC/SI customer and Schneider electric’s customer, improve their satisfactory
Work closely with other sales team, make EU/EPC/SI customer play a useful role in project procedure, serve for the project’s final success
Complete company’s assigned project sales target
Qualifications:
Degree (Bachelors and above preferred) in Electric Engineering / Automation
5 years of relevant experience in Automation/Drive or related activity
Solid project selling skills
Good communication skills
Presentation skills
Initiative (Self-motivated, try to achieve work objectives in positive attitude)
Team work spirit (The ability & attitude to cooperate with others to reach work goals)
Planning & organizing (The ability to plan & organize resources to achieve goals independently)
