Building business unit solution business introduction

Schneider group has a competitive position in building industry China, which plays as a major market supplier in this field. The solution sales business is a project based business. It satisfies the customer through providing a wide range of products/systems with customized engineering work.

Schneider provides wide coverage solutions/services for building projects which includes power distribution solution, building automation (BA) system, HVAC/ lighting control and energy management solution (EMS).

We are looking for an experienced sales engineer who can bring solid experience in building automation industry and good customer resources.

Position Scope:

This position will primarily drive the building solution business of defined region and responsible for his individual yearly sales target. He/she will also support other sales team to achieve the overall solution team performance.

Responsibilities:

Reach yearly sales target is one of the key performance indicators for this position. It will include:

- Responsible for defined sales result and individual yearly sales target

- Work with retail technical expert to develop adapted solution offer

- Build up yearly pipeline and sales plan

- Cooperate with other business units to promote Schneider solution

Qualifications:

We prefer a sales engineer with a broad building automation industry experiences. Solution sales competency will be a necessity. Preferably ELV system integrator experience is definitely a competitive advantage. The relation with relevant customer will be highly recognized.

It is extremely important for the candidate to be a self-starter, who is extremely driven, excellent with people and able to pitch his or her ideas both internally and externally. Good communication and coordination skills are critical for this position. Schneider uses English as its official language, good English language skills (spoken and written) is necessary. This position will be mainly taking care of customers from China central and west region.

Academic qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in relevant major

Experience:

Minimum 5 years relevant job experience；

Good relationship with local customer including local SI/ DI；
