职位描述
岗位职能：
--根据公司培训策略，结合公司各销售渠道（丝芙兰/妍丽其他等）培训要求，督促及跟踪全国培训师培训执行情况，并反馈结果
--公司所有品牌，就产品知识、核心卖点、销售连带技巧等执行传达全国培训师，并跟踪考核培训师掌握情况
--提升全国培训师对于产品、销售技巧、各类活动开展、培训技能的能力
--全国培训师月度行程审核及调整，并实时更新报表
--完善公司各品牌培训道具制作
--实时调研市场竞品信息，反馈并做好相应对应策略
--支持协助培训师在店铺的各类活动
--其他部门工作
岗位要求：
--3年及以上化妆品或彩妆专职培训师经验
--cs/ka渠道经验、丝芙兰渠道优先
--优秀的培训能力，沟通能力，具有高度的责任心及工作热情
--熟练的office软件，熟练excel表格能力
--大专及以上学历
--形象好、气质佳
--偶尔会有出差
