Retail Operation Supervisor

Detailed Description

Store operations

*Responsible for related issue
to staff grooming

*Responsible for related issues
to store roster

*Monitor the orders of stores
non-merchandises materials e.g. uniform, supplies etc.

*Monitor the process in opening
new store/renovation e.g. store equipment ordering /delivery, logistic flow of
non-merchandises, etc.

*Coordinate with different departments
on all related operation issue in PR event

*Monitor products repair
procedure & ensure the quality

*Monitor deposit & credit
note

*Support store accounting issue
(Daily/weekly/monthly)

*Coordinate with Store Project Team
on store incidents (e.g. water leaks/serious dust etc.)

Inventory & stock management

*Inventory management (Cycle
Counts/ stock Takes/weekly minus stock)

*Check and monitor system
merchandising delivery

*Monitor and control the
defective & damage goods & missing & stolen goods

*Support logistic and finance
team on product labeling issue

Operation Training

*Providing support in training
arrangement

*Support training team responsible
for operation training in new staff orientation

Internal communication

*Responsible for conveying the
global operation standards and guidelines to local market & monitor store
executions

*Support global operation team
to organize new system training in local market
