Job Description:
Support digital marketing team on social content generation, social followers maintain, and social follower database management, covering WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu, Linkedin and other video/ audio social platforms.
This position needs to good at social content writing and social activation proposing. Integrating social content into business priority and marcom activities/ campaigns. Meanwhile, scope also included build relationship with industry social KOLs, drive KOL advocacy content development, and establish KOL pool for social activation usage with guidance from PR and other social experts.
Our vision on social media not limited to content generation, but contribute to our business, so this position needs to manage WeChat database (SCRM). Set up and manage social followers tag structure and design programs to convert followers to leads with different business scenarios and customers journeys. Through new feature of SCRM, data mining and insights dig out, improve & develop actions to achieve personalized social followers’ journey and nurture content engagements. Includes content design, content mapping, customer data analysis, and customer retention/ loyalty programs strategy. At last, may work with other functions teams to facilitate SCRM related platforms integration.
Work with global social media or demand generation team to ensure global consistency in Schneider Electric’s marketing strategy, presence, usage and tools; share best local practices with global team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree above in marketing, project management, Statistics, Business administration, Econometrics, IT, or related major
Good attention to detail with all data and metrics.
Ability to develop plans, execute, initiate and follow-through
Proactive attitude, self-motivated and responsibility. Adapt to hands on work and startup team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
