职责：

Responsibility:

协助项目工程师进行可持续建筑咨询和认证服务，包括中国绿色建筑评价、LEED和WELL认证。工作内容包括：

To assist project engineer to complete building sustainability consulting and certification work, including GBL, LEED and WELL certification. Work scope includes:

 - 得分表评估

   Scorecard evaluation

 - 设计指导

   Design guidance

 - 审核设计图纸

   Design review

 - 进行施工培训

   Construction contractor training

 - 现场施工检查并收集资料

   Sit inspection and document collection

 - 上传并递交项目得分点资料

   Certification credit online submission

 

资质要求：

Qualification:

- 熟悉或了解相关认证流程及参考标准

  Familiar with certification process and relevant standards.

- 1年以上相关工作经验

  1 year + related working experience

- 有LEED咨询经验或LEED AP/GA优先考虑

  Project experience, or LEED AP/GA is a plus

- 良好的英语沟通能力

  Good skills in English
