Responsibilities

Uploading new roles on the AECOM Candidate Management System and posting new job adverts to our online channels

Coordinating interviews with our candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner and ensuring a seamless and efficient process

General Candidate Management System maintenance including creating and uploading candidate profiles, application forms and other required documents

Assist in tracking recruitment invoices and offers

Liaising with candidates to collate supporting documents as part of the recruiting process

Other Ad-hoc TA duties


Minimum Requirements

1 – 2 years’ experience in a recruitment coordination or administration role. A fresh graduate who is a quick learner and with good communication skills may also be considered.

A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

Ability to be proactive and solve problems.

A strong team player with confidence to network in a complex corporate environment.

Proven Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word) with strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
