ESSENTIAL JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer:
- Ensuring that refurbished products are constantly available to meet customer demand
- Maintaining performance KPI’s for the Repair Center activity
- Ensures quality and productivity of finished goods is optimized
- Willing and able to perform repair duties to keep us the skills and support the demand
- Inventory management:
- Forecasts all service items in collaboration with service planning
- Analyzes demand trends changes to mix for the Repair Service Center
- Create recommendations and develop best practices and tools for execution and management
- Oversees Daily Management and reporting to ensure alignment with team and management
- Applies Continuous Improvement approach to all activities
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure that Repair Center activities and products delivered are compliant with the company’s Quality standards. Identify areas for improvements, and work with key stakeholders to help drive enhancement projects
- Implement all relevant ECO/RCO requests, ensuring service and customer interests are well represented, communicating information to the team
- Provide regular adjustments to parts and consumables forecasts, working closely with the company’s Supply-Chain and Logistics Teams to ensure parts availability.
- Actively report product quality issues to appropriate teams, and recommend executable corrective actions, as appropriate
- Partner effectively with other departments (quality, engineering, field service, tech support, service shipping) to ensure that goals are met
- Regularly audits work being done to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
- Work within EHS guidelines
- Train and make sure the personnel safety a priority
Employee:
· Manage allassociates reporting to the Repair Center, including tracking and auditingassociate hours, handling issues and personnel changes, and administeringcorrective action as needed
· Conductsregular 1:1 and team meetings to ensure all associates are updated on business
· Build andmaintain an engaged and highly productive team through coaching, training, andassociate development, meeting or exceeding production goals
Shareholder:
· Optimize labproductivity, process and metric reporting for optimizing refurbish stocklevels
· Maintainingfinancial KPI’s for the US Repair Center activity
TRAININGRESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
- For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education andExperience (in years):
· Bachelor’sdegree with 3+ years of supervisory experience
· Experiencewithin technology companies and previous supervisory experience
Knowledge and skills:
· Must be handon and be able to perform repairs as part of the job
· Must be ableto follow applicable Quality organization requirements
· Must be ableto follow direction, able to understand SOPs and demonstrate understandingthrough speech and/or written form
· Requiresproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
· Detailoriented, able to multi-task and follow through with a "hands on","can do" positive attitude.
· Able to workin a collaborative, team-oriented environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability towork in an office environment
· Must be ableto lift 25 pounds
