汇报线：report to CRM & Private Clients Relations Manager

工作内容：

* Support department head for all private clients relations related implementations                                                                                                                   

* Closely work with CRM team to implement CRM/VIC plan and project                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

* Clients related event implementation                                                                                                          

* VIC trip coordination                                                                                                         

* VIC RSVP, gift tools coordination & management                                                                                                      

* Ad hoc support of VIC related project/event/private gathering etc.  

1.  Experience     :             1-3 years' similar experience preferably in Luxury, Fashion, FMCG, Hotel, Shopping Mall or Airlines Industry                                                                             

                                                                                                                   

2.  Education       :             Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion, foreign language                                                                                      

                                                                                                                   

3.  Personality     :             Excellent customer-service orientation                                                                               

                             Highly self-motivated and detail oreiented                                                                                       

                             Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a fast pace environment                                                                               

                                                                                                                   

4.  Skills :             Proficient with Office / Microsoft tool                                                                                

                             English communication skill in written and verbal, Italian is a plus                                                                                      

                             Understanding of social etiqutte                                                                           

                             Knowledge of CRM / Private Clients Relations management with strong interest to develop expertise
