工作内容：
- 接听客户热线，接受咨询、了解需求、解答询问，为客户提供基本的售前、售后服务；

- 跟踪、处理客户反馈信息，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；

- 正常工作时制，无需倒班，不含营销成分。

任职要求：
- 大学专科及以上学历；
- 沟通能力强，普通话标准，口齿清晰，声音甜美；
- 熟练操作MS-Office办公软件；
- 应变能力强，思维严密，沉稳自信，有良好的心理素质；
- 工作主动，有客户服务意识；

- 有相关经验者优先。
