Main responsibilities:

·         Be a China corporate talent acquisition manager to support senior position recruitment and mass recruitment for new retail projects.

·         Act as a talent advisor, communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to stakeholders, hiring managers and HR teams.

·         Build and shape talent acquisition function throughout all retail stores in China to ensure consistent processes and practices.

·         Identify the best suitable talents for various roles in China to enhance effective recruitment.

·         Develop creative & innovative sourcing channels with a focus on direct sourcing to ensure successful delivery of talents.

·         Build up employer brand in the market to attract and retain talents, and develop talent pools for business growth & expansion.

Main requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree.

·         More than 8 years of working experience in talent acquisition.

·         Solid knowledge and proven experience in recruitment/talent management/ employer branding.

·         Excellent interpersonal & communications skills.

·         Strategic thinking abilities with hands-on operational experience and strong business acumen.

·         Positive, creative, presentable, open-minded, and willing to adapt and take on challenges and pressures.

·         Thrives in a dynamic, fast-pace and challenging environment.

·         Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
