MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  ·        Using the approved cost calculation xls file, to create cost calculations for parts, components, modules and/or systems.

  ·        Create and Manage cost tracking (history) for quotations until Project EOP

  ·        Monitor the requests toward the Purchasing, Logistic and Tooling departments

  ·        The following inputs are required: o   CAD definitions from the CAD and tooling Engineers o   Process and BoM definitions from the Product/Process Engineers o   Standard rates (overheads, labour, machines, energy, etc.) per plant o   Material costs from purchasing o   Financial rules (depreciation, etc.)

  ·        Create cost standards for each product/process families within product lines

  ·        Support to setup IT costing system

  ·        Other costing related work from the line manager   

• MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineer (minimum technical bachelor level)

• High competence in Microsoft xls

• Widely experienced in respective products and technologies (additional training will be provided).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industry (preference for automotive industry)

• Technical, financial, manufacturing know-how

• Knowledge of PC applications such as MS-Office

• Chinese speaker with high command of English

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
