  岗位职责：

1、品牌意识强，负责网上店铺的销售策略整体规划，根据销售指标，协同制定天猫店铺的营销策划方案；

2、负责网上店铺各种促销及营销策划，使商品促销实现多样化、内容化、品牌化经营；

3、具备一定的文案写作能力和数据分析能力，能独立进行商城广告文案的撰写，拟定公司短期、长期运营目标 ；

4、具备组织协调能力，能妥善的调节员工们工作时的积极性与创造性；

5、能对店铺起到营销，促销，提升销量和口碑的能力，策划会员回馈、促销类等活动；

6、具备价格制定能力，能制定完善的营销策略，研究竞争对手；

7、能对店面布局和版面的改善提出持续的改进意见，并能和相关工作人员配合完成；

8、对网络零售模式有良好的理解，并擅长订单管理规范流程，负责协助产品销售的售前、售中、售后监督工作；

9、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案。

任职要求：

1. 三年以上电子商务经验，其中两年以上医疗行业经验

2. 大专及以上学历，新闻、广告、市场营销、电子商务等相关专业；

3. 具备组织协调能力，能妥善的调节员工们工作时的积极性与创造性；

4. 有淘宝商城等购物网站的开店或者皇冠级淘宝店工作经验优先；

5. 有相关品牌商网络经营的成功营销策划经历优先
