Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position     

1. Generate and verify reports to Sales Head and other departments  

2. Prepare business review related things for various meetings

3. Manage all sales data and provide full support to the sales team, as well as excellent analysis

4. Apply and manage samples, including planning and optimizing the sample process

5. Communicate with other departments to get their full support and suggestions

6. Manage sales reimbursement and run sales expense reports monthly

  

Qualifications       

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics 

2. Experience: 2 years working experience or above ? Work experience in sales or marketing is preferred 

3. Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical ability and able to work with figures ? Good command of English, both in oral and written form  Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word  Lotus Notes and Access  Able to work under pressure ? Good interpersonal communication
