·       Under the responsibility of the manufacturing engineering manager, the Process Engineer (Clean Room) is the process owner in clean room and assembly area in company.

·       To develop and localization for clean room process and technology for vision system production

·       To lead and support to set up new clean room and vision system assembly production line

·       To be involved and support projects and R&D for process related issues

·       Preparation of processes for new production builds.

·       Support clean room setup in production for equipment and process issues.

·       Specify new equipment and be responsible for working with machine supplier, from specification to released equipment.

·       Process control management, Process-FMEA, Capability studies, SPC…

·       Identify and run improvements projects within the area. Improvements such as quality and efficiency. Continuous improvements.

·       Be technical support to R&D for design/process issues

·       Be involved or lead projects together with other AEx engineers

·       Reporting performance to production/quality

 Responsible for processes:

-      Clean room

-      Vision system assembly

-      Die attached

-      Wire bonding

-      AOI

-      Plasma Cleaning

Authorities and accountabilities:

-Company turnover: 30MUSD 2007

 Competences:

 

Level (diploma) required:

·       Engineering degree.

 Experience:

·       Minium 4 years experience within the electronic production in clean room.

·       Master in assembly process of vision system production

·       Master in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred.

·       Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.

 Technical skills required:

·       Strong technical skills in clean room and assembly

·       Quality mentality for reaching 0ppm

·       Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization

 Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

·       Good management skills, able to run projects and work with suppliers

·       Comfortable to work in team

 Languages:

·       Fluent English.
