工作职责:

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

? Lead to ensure the smooth & efficient routine operation aligned with CE process guideline

? Be responsible for the accuracy and timely uploading of CRM related data

？ Territory consolidation, verification & upload

？ New onboard staff profile update in CRM

? Manage & support to improve Customer Engagement Data Quality

？ CRM SIP data review & reclaim handling

？ Produce CE data analysis and KPI result month report

？ Qualitative data monthly review & analysis

？ Daily CE inquiry handling, including but not limit to CRM user guide, smart suggestion related inquiry, etc

? Internal communication with various business partners (sales, marketing, MCM, KAM, etc)

？ CRM user documents update

？ CRM user training

？ CE Integration with business digital capabilities (eDA, Approved Email, etc), providing best user experience

？ Distribution and sharing of Smart suggestion promotion materials

？ Monthly CE SIP data report

? Proactively consolidate user feedback across whole CE process and come up with enhancement proposal to improve operation efficiency, user experience and maximize business impact

? Support data team on insight study via monthly customer data review & analysis

任职资格:

Education: Required: BA/BS

Working Experience:

? Proven working experience in managing Customer Engagement Operation in Pharma Industry, familiar with CE related digital channels or tools management

? Experience on Territory management, Customer Engagement KPI setting & Data analysis, Internal communication & training is preferred

? Proven experience in handling customer engagement digital capabilities is preferred

? Excellent problem-solving skills and positive working attitude

? Result-driven attitude with strong data-driven thinking

? Good communication and presentation skills, proved training skills is preferred

? Fluent in written and oral English is preferred
