Responsibilities：

- Lead to develop product marketing strategies and marketing plans with deep understanding on target audience

- Win out competition through the building of pillar products in skincare and makeup

- Ensure excellent execution of marketing plans with cross-functional teams’ support

- Play as gatekeeper to make sure on market execution is able to build brand image and equity

- Collaborate with global brand team to ensure the relevance of product innovation and communication delivery

- Manage product (incl. retail products, samples, testers, etc.) forecast and inventory with accuracy

- Manage the annual budget of product marketing team with regular monitoring

- Constantly coach and develop team members with clear career development

 

Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree or above，Fluent English

- More than 5 years experience in cosmetic marketing industry

- Solid experience on leading product campaign from ideation to deployment

- Strong understanding of product marketing and consumer behavior

- Strategic thinking

- Good project management

- Good communication skill

- Leadership

- Strong sensitivity and know-how on beauty products

- Strong marketing capability accumulation
