Major Duties/Responsibilities:  

1. 40% Responsible for products and labels compliance of Hershey’s products sold in China, including but not limited to · Conduct regulatory reviews of Hershey’s products recipe, · Prepare labeling spec (both nutritional and ingredient statements etc), allergen labeling and any product claims or warning statements, · Approve graphics in FRC system, · Raw material regulatory review, ·Support Import & Export Business in China 

2. 40% Regulatory affairs support for all Hershey China products innovation and opportunity projects for all channels. 

3. 10% Support global project, including risk assessment, regulation interpretation, cooperation for China etc.  

4. 10% Review and analyse the impact of new and current regulations on Hershey business, communicate with all relevant functions timely, control and monitor the implementation process.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:  

Education: ?      Master degree in Foods, pharmacy, chemistry, biology or equivalent; Experience: ?      Previous working experience (> 5 years)  in company of Foods or cosmetic/personal care product  is strongly desired; ?      Sound knowledge of law/regulation/standard relevant to consumer goods ?      With basic knowledge of product technology, e.g. food safety and formulation chemistry; ?      Good communication & interpersonal skills; ?      Results-driven; excellent attention to detail; ?      Good attitude, well habit of work, positive & take responsibility; ?      Good at written & oral English.
