Proposes solutions when faced with a new design challenge

? Looks for opportunities to develop new ideas or thinking.

? Collaboratively analyses the results of research to recommend solutions

? Iterates and tests solution to check it solves the problem

? Assists in developing product / feature concepts following UX practices.

Technical Skills

? Uses design and prototyping software to intermediate level (e.g. Adobe, Axure, Sketch, AE)

? Has a good knowledge of the tech stack of the product or organization.

? Good technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love of products, people, and user experience.

? Strong conceptual design skills with visual design principles.

? Good overall design sense across multiple mediums and applications-composition, typography, color, etc.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal team

? Iterates and delivers design assets, clearly articulating design rationale for product or feature concepts / components using tools such as wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.

? Experience in variety of UX deliverables (wireframe, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.) and responsive industrial design nice to have.

? Ensures work is tested with users collaborating with other functions as needed.

Qualifications

? Suggested Minimum Years of UX Design Experience:3+  years.

? Experience in UX design both for digital and physical products.

? Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Master’s degree in design subject (Industrial Design, UX, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology and etc.) is preferred, but not required.
