Company:
Our client is a multinational company in logistic industry.
Responsibility
1. Responsible for overall operation management of the branch company including P&L, service improvements, sales activity and financial controlling on accounts receivable as per the company's policy
2. Team management and standardize the working process, communicate with the agent to ensure the smooth/efficient biz operation and improve the service standard.
3. Establishment and maintenance of local contacts and cooperate with custom service team
4. Liaise with principal office on day-to-day commercial, operational and administrative issues
5. Take charge of new BD and key account management, communicate with head office to solve operational problem, in order to meet client's needs
Requirement:
1. Over 8 years operation working experience in logistics industry with 5 years working experience as team leader the minimum.
2. Good knowledge monitoring revenues, expenses, accounts receivable and payable
3. Strong leadership skills, good coach and motivator and ability to develop people and implement changes
4. Strategic in thinking, tactful in approach, persuasive in communication, and persistent in implementation.
5. Ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels
