Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Creative Marketing Director.

2. Day-to-day management of Current Projects: Products/ VM/ Events/ Marketing

Products
Seasonal Look books, Catalogues, Invitations, Christmas cards, Stationary, Shopping Bags, Boxes, Hangtags, Garment bags, Hangers
VM
APM, Newspaper Advertisement, In-Store Displays
Events
Managers Meetings, VIP Shopping, Company Year End Party, Press & Editors Dinner
Marketing
Press Previews, Special Editorials, Eblast, Weibo, Sales Promotion, Department store magazines/ editorials, Flash Cafe

3. Co-ordinate to provide design & art work for review/approval on timely manner. Manage pending deadlines.

4. Communicate with China Retail & Outlet Departments for their needs.

5. Communicate with Global Retail & Outlet Departments for their needs.

6. Communicate with Purchasing Department & follow up production & shipping schedule.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English

2. Strong communication skills

3. General understanding of Chinese & global market

4. Good organization skills.
