Your tasks and responsibilities:

  

1. Ensure the BP Strategy implementation at Regional CS Sales management level, including BP recruitment, target setting

  

2. Enable BP competence development to meet requirement of CS BP business development

  

3. Monitor CS BP business performance and generate & analynize the business performance report. Support regional Sales management to develop the counter measures to deliver the required business outcomes.

  

4. Ensure solid implememtation of company BP management guildlines in CS.

  

5. Other task assigned by line manager

  

  

Your qualifications and experience:

  

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in bioengineer, biomedical, radiology etc., MBA preferred

2. Good understanding HC industry, and sales model, channel management, Due Diligence Check

3. At least with 5 years working experience
