工作职责:

The HRBP will support the HRBP Manager on below stuff but not limited on:

HR Affairs:

? Employee Onboarding & Exit

? Onboarding of management level employees

? Dismission process

? Employee Relationship:

? Regulatory services

? Employee communication, employee complaint handling

? People change communication and arrangement

? Make plan and provide solutions on employee disputes

? Work injury handling and third-party damage processing

? Labor supervision

? Appearing in the court, appeal and execution

? Site closing

? Provide support to internal & external audit

Talent Acquisition:

? Be responsible BU recruitment forecast, plan and communication

? Transition Project:

? Collect employee information

? Townhall meeting

? One-on-one conversation

? Induction training

? People transferring (internal & external)

? Offering process

? Induction training support

Talent Development:

? Orientation training

? training projects supporting

? Talent review data support

Others:

? Project bidding support, market situation of salary, cost management

? Data Support, cost analysis required by sites

? Customer care, e.g. join in the meeting of clients, understand the customer needs

? Ad-hoc Application
