Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Develop and implement all SE
    transaction and solution business plan for key accounts in mining & mineral segment
  • Set up business model with key
    account
  • Build and maintain good
    relationship with key person in account and relative influencers to lead
    continuous business from targeted accounts
  • Establish and maintenance the
    relationship with channel partner, such as Distributor, DI and EPC/ SI in
    the EU business cycle
  • Leverage the internal and external
    resource to expand the marketing share in the KA
  • Coordinate and communicate
    cross-regional project information with sales teams in sales departments
    or BUs

Identify Business Opportunity

  • Reach the sales target with special
    focus on Industry BU and solution sales
  • Identify and create business
    opportunities in targeted customers and projects
  • Develop prospect list for sales
    opportunities
  • Find project information, follow up
    key projects and support regional team
  • Collect segment business
    intelligence to be competitive during the sales activity

Customer Oriented

  • Follow up key projects in the key
    account and automotive segment
  • Follow up and close projects for
    assigned key accounts with high quality
  • Coordinate local sales, technical
    and field service teams to offer best service to accounts

Brand Management

  • Promote Schneider Brand in solution

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree,Related to Automation or Electrical
  • At least 5 years as industry sales and/or
    account management in specified segment, ideally Mining & Mineral related.
  • Familiar with target segment customer
    behavior, project operation and market trend
  • Job related competencies: Strong
    skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead
    qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing)
  • Good oral and written English.
