Description:

1.    Prescribe and provide the competitive technical proposal to the customer, mainly concerning T/A discussing and making on the Medium Voltage/Low Voltage/PMS/Automaton.

2.    Lead the design and technical offer implementation and development.

1.    Identify the project opportunity with sales force;

2.    Collaborate internal & external resources to offer integrated solution of power package;

3.    Design the electrical drawings under rules of all Class Society.

4.    Instruct subcontractor parties to make design and control the quality;

5.    Manage the project execution and ensure the certificates acquisition.

6.    Control cost for profit accomplishment on the technical optimization.

7.    Senior practice experience on trouble shooting for the maintenance problems on board.

1.    Technical capability of power distribution, VSD drive, electrical system.

2.    Minimum 8 years professional experience in marine and well understand Class requirement and rules in marine;

3.    Good communication and convincing skills;

4.    Excellent interpersonal – relationship;

5.    Strong team work orientation;

6.    Fluent oral and written English is must;
