职位描述
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position / 职位的首要职能)
1. Tier 1 case management - Act as 1st level of single contact for employees/managers to answer questions via different communication channels (e.g. AskHR Portal, hotline, group email, walk in). - Response to the customer calls / emails / case following standard process/guideline and agreed SLA, solve the questions and/or provide solutions upon level of expertise - Route the case to proper T2/3 team if the question can’t be resolved in Tier 1 team - Follow up with customers if further information / analysis is needed till the solution is accepted - Be very knowledgeable of HR related policy/processes/systems for service delivery - Escalate to team leader if any outstanding case
2. Others - Record every case to case management system to track status, response and closure lead time - Support team on driving service continuously improvement for efficiency, effectiveness / productivity - Drive change initiative developments from VOC; KPI issues; Best Practice; etc. for continuous improvement. - Demonstrate and promote HRSSC Branding and Identity as Tier 1 service team. - Accountable for keeping knowledge base up to date - Feedback to team leader if issues/feedback/improvement suggestion - Ensure compliance in line with data privacy and other legislation
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书 ? Bachelor degree or above ? 2+ years of working experience in team and service delivery environment
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 ? With customer experience management capability ? HR generalist know-how. ? Strong cross-cultural communications, influencing and consultative skills. ? Great team work & collaboration skill ? Good learning ability ? Fluent in written and spoken English ? Analytic thinking and pragmatic approach to deal with requests. ? Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications, e.g. MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc. Good knowledge of Workday or SAP HR-modules is a plus
