职位描述
The right person for the role will come from beauty industry, TP agency or E-commcer platform company. You will be expected to be familiar with cross-border E-commerce business, be fully responsible for P&L of the new business and strategy-driven.
德加拉和法国时尚零售商,在中国成立一跨境电商公司(線上&線下皆有門店),招募一名总经理管理该公司,直接汇报对象位于法国总部。 (资金已到位,无须募资) ,产品来自海外的美妆/护肤/个护/香水产品。
职责描述:
- Develop a comprehensive China strategy ; Clear strategy and KPI set up/ sales plans / promotions activities plans according to company strategy.
- Regular sales results monitoring, making analysis, improvement action plans execution. Correction steps undertaking if needed.
- Responsible for signing contract, planning and getting the sales results, developing the distribution sales network and keeping the business relationship with Brands.
- Establishes, executes and drives accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against targets and forecasts
- Lead the management of CBEC key accounts.
- Setting and deploying made strategy
- Expand the distribution and CBEC business; build up then maintain strong relationship with Global team.
- Take the lead of building oversea strong brands to a scalable level in mainland China, with strong collaboration with EKA in CBEC business.
1. 全面负责美妆类电商事业部总体事务,及时完成公司所确定的各项目标;
2. 制定事业部管理目标和经营方针,包括制定各种规章制度和服务操作流程,规定各级管理人员和员工的职责,并监督贯彻执行;
3. 根据品牌发展战略及业务規劃、制定产品的特点與策略,并能够对公司运营的产品在整个平台进行合理规划、搭建与营运;
4. 能够制定并推动各项运营指标的达成,及时把握客户需求,通过整理、分析运营的各项数据,及时调整推广、运营策略等;
5. 综合考虑产品,运营,营销,商业化、供应链、内容生态构建,战略合作关键环节核心矛盾,实现业务***化价值。
任职要求:
1. 总体工作年資7年以上,熟悉跨境电商平台與運營,有成功的美妆品牌經驗 (有机护肤美妆类為佳);
2. 很强的商业头脑,有能力掌控公司的P&L,備从零到一组建团队經驗;
3. 国内知名跨境电商平台,TP公司(曾負責跨境業務),创业型公司工作过为佳;
4. 需匯報到法國,故英语听说读写必需,第一輪為全英文面試。
