Business Project

• To support leader and leadership team to drive business strategy
• To collaborate with key stakeholders to work on project plans including regular project updates, follow up action items and carry out research as needed
• To provide project management support to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and plans
• To join external meeting with leader and provide support

                    

    

Business Communication

• To help drive company culture and value via effective communication among divisions
• To help build executive influence via internal and external communication platform e.g. use of social media tools, public networking event, etc.
• To prepare materials needed for communication including the development of key message, content and format of communication e.g. use of PowerPoint, articles, etc.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales or Account Manager role
• Expertise with business model and workflows of Financial Institution
• Consultative selling skills and demonstrated strategic mindset with good ability to prioritize
• Ability to confidently interact with senior management and executives both internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Ability to informally lead the virtual account team
• Bachelor’s degree
