Mission for Electrical Engineer

> Responsible for electrical design, verification and integration test activities.

> Communicate with project team to Understand requirement for equipment

> Make equipment proposals focus on electrical solutions, with estimation of investment/lead time

> Involved into the product concept design and solution design, also manufacturability/testability study of new product

> Create specification and qualification plan of equipments

> Work with supplier and purchasing to get an offer/quotation

> Communicate with plant/GSC to finalize the equipment solution and investment, take into consideration safety, quality and efficiency

> Review detail design of equipments by supplier

> Monitor and support supplier to realize the equipment

> Make equipment qualification together with plant

> Take part in pilot run/process audit and pass mass production

> Support ramp up of production line to reach committed performance

Education

University degree of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering

Experience

> 5 years experience as electrical engineer of test equipment

> Familiar with the basic principles of power distribution systems, design and application of electromechanical systems, power systems, and power distribution systems;

> Proficiency in electronic circuit design and debugging specifications, cable processing and wiring, etc., can be skilled make in system electrical schematics and cable drawing.

> Hands on experience in electrical/automation control proposal define, detail design, programming and trouble shooting

> Machine safety

> Voltage/Current/Displacement/Force/Torque control or measurement

> Motion control (servo/step motor)

> PLC/HMI configuration and programming

> Industrial communication (RS232/MODBUS/TCPIP…)

> Familiar with quality tools

> Experience in lean manufacturing

> Knowledge and experience in Smart Manufacturing (MES/AI/IIOT/Big data …)

> Equipment project management experience is a plus

Soft skill

> Willing to work in team

> Good analysis and problem solving skills, able to collect and analyze data according the project needs, setup reasonable action plan and push to achieve anticipated result

> Open minded, ready to be challenged and to learn other’s best practices

> Good communication skills with internal/external

> Strong leadership and ownership
