工作职责：

1、负责所辖区域销售指标的达成，并合理规划使用市场资源及终端费用投入，；
2、按照公司要求完成产品陈列、品牌宣传和价格维护的相关工作；
3、负责所辖区域销售规划及执行，落实公司下达的各项政策要求，并推广执行，提升零售业绩表现；
4、通过有效的终端管理、品牌管理、团队管理，保证销售目标的顺利达成；
5、及时反馈市场信息，并提出有效建议。

岗位要求：
1、30岁以下，中专或高中以上学历
2、2年以上快速消费品的行业经验，熟悉零售终端操作及熟悉了解KA系统操作流程；
3、具有一定的口头表达及书面报告能力；
4、能吃苦耐劳，服从公司统一安排优先，能适应出差；
5、积极主动，善于沟通表达，责任心强，能适应工作压力。
