Job Responsibilities

1. Review bank disbursements and personal and department expenses under guidelines of government, bank and company’s regulations and processes.

2. Review all the expenses booking in the Kingdee system to make sure correct ac-counts and cost center.

3. As a first contact to bank to ensure all cash transaction done. Having a clear un-derstanding of documents preparation to facilitate the daily operation with bank smoothly.

4. Preparation for monthly closing reports: Flagship PL analysis reports, BU sales reports, and so on.

5. Ensure appropriate monthly e-Commerce revenue record in account booking and system master data input

6. Involves in physical counting of company inventory.

7. Other ad hoc works

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree with major in Finance or related area. Solid knowledge of PRC accounting standards and is preferred

Languages: Normal command of English

Experience: At least 3 years financial experience, familiar with Kingdee is preferred
