• T&E checking and communication with users about the problem and correction;

• Timely and accurately processing the staff expense claims;

• Timely and accurately processing 3-way-match and journal vouchers;

• Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;

• Monthly vendor payment prepare;

• AP Document filing monthly base;

• Assist month end closing and meet the month end deadlines;

• Assist manager in preparing, coordinating and dealing with internal and external audits;

• Other tasks required by Leader.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university 

• Six to twelve months related experience

• Good at MS office and ERP software

• Good communication skills
