Job Description and Responsibility

1、根据敏捷流程参与软件研发的全生命周期，包括需求分析、设计、开发、自测、上线支持、文档工作等

2、主导或参与新产品的架构设计、数据库设计等

3、参与部门代码框架的开发和升级

4、解决项目开发中遇到的难点问题，善于学习和总结；

5、在项目组与部门内经验分享，与团队共同成长

Qualification:

1、学历要求:全日制统招专科及以上学历，计算机以及相关专业

2、经验要求:具有2年及以上Web应用开发经验

3、技能要求（偏前端或后端均可，全栈更佳）:

前端技能：

（1）精通html，css，javascript等前端技术

（2）熟练掌握一种或多种MVVM框架，如Vue.js，React.js，Angular.js

（3）具有移动端开发经验者优先

后端技能：

（1）精通java编程、设计模式和组件技术

（2）熟悉Spring/springboot，myBatis，Hibernate等常用框架；熟悉MongoDB，Redis，MySQL，ElasticSearch，RabbitMQ的使用；

（3）熟悉微服务，分布式架构，前后端分离开发/RESTfulAPI，springcloud等技术架构；

（4）擅长数据库设计

（5）具有性能调优经验者优先

（6）熟悉大数据技术，有spark,Hive,HBase等使用经验者优先；

（7）对信息技术领域的新信息、新知识具有相当的敏感性，能够迅速更新自身的知识内容，能够在短时间内攻克技术难关；

加分项：

（1）熟悉敏捷开发流程者优先

（2）熟悉税务、财务业务者优先

通用要求：

（1）较强的学习能力和技术钻研能力、有自我驱动意识

（2）具备独立分析和解决问题的能力；积极主动、认真踏实的工作态度

（3）有良好的沟通能力，善于跨团队合作
