职位描述
· JOB FUNCTIONS:
electronic, industry, data center, hospital segment trend, special process and requirements, competitors’ positioning to building Schneider’s unique position and value to the customers
· To connected with global Solution Architect team and localize global segment offers in China, feedback China local requirements and C4C segment offers or projects output to global communicate at the same time
· Continuously study and develop Schneider area based applications and solutions in electronic, industry, data center, hospital, including the architecture, functional description, 3rd party alliance, etc.
· Mapping segment offers and define the segment spearhead offers as Schneider key differentiations, build the segment offer roadmap and develop the offers with offer marketing or global solution architect team together
· To lead the key projects (including influence, architecture build up, functional description design, key offers prescription, execution consultant, etc.) for pilot and reference
· To standardize the validated segment architecture and applications by TVDA (Tested, Validated, Documented Architecture and Applications), and develop the competence inside Schneider and partners.
· To promote the segment solution and key offers with segment marketing together
· JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Segment Market Support:
- Contribute definition and promote the segments unique Value Propositions
- Interacts with the global solution architect to understand/adapt reference architecture to China local needs
- Continuously improve those architectures with use cases from customers
· Segment Offer Management:
- Define the long term segment offer roadmap including operational, functional and technical, and integration specification elements
- Develop segment key offers with offer market and global segment team together, build the 3rd party alliance when necessary
- To manage and promote (including new offer launch) segment offers in SE and partners
· Solution Selling and Execution:
- Support local organizations to build Customer Value Proposition and offers for critical Must Win projects
- Develop and execute several reference projects, and takes the opportunity of the reference projects to bring up local solution competence
- Improve local Eco Building Segment performance (Orders, Sales, GM, including % of multi-BU business)
· KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Segment Offer:
§ Number of Key Segment Offer launched
§ Sales tools and TVDA delivered
- Critical Project Wins and Reference Delivery:
§ Number of key architecture or application pipeline and references delivered
§ Number of critical project wins
- Segment Performance:
§ Segment pipeline and output
§ Hit rate demonstrating the value of proposed architectures
§ Gross margin of segment solution business
· SKILLS and BEHAVIORS
- Technical background in both Schneider & competitive offerings (Engineering or Technical Degree aligned with industry, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Software )
- 5-10 years practical experience in the targeted segments with in depth customer understanding of business terminology, goals, pain-points, expectations and deliverables
- Be familiar with the Power transmission and distribution system
- Be familiar with the PMS(power monitoring or power management system) business
- Has rigorous and analytical temper to translate customer needs identification into system architectures, functional specifications, and implementation methodologies
- Communication skills with ability to influence and convince (internally interface with local architects, business units, and global Schneider solutions community; externally convince customers and standardization bodies)
- Be highly collaborative with ability to animate a multi-cultural community and foster cooperation
- Be Innovative while staying within a logical and constrained framework
- Is foremost business and results oriented
