PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Manage a robust business system (i.e. SFDC , SAP and other IT systems) to provide intelligence data/report which helps the business to identify the opportunity, establish the business strategy, drive the business development to ensure the sustainable and profitable business growth momentum.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Be responsible for the company overall business database systems which includes but not limited to maintain the customer sales information from different aspects through close collaboration with business partners (internal & external) to drive the business moving forward;
2.Develop relevant reports/dashboard to provide business insights;
3.Lead the various projects related to business system; a key assignment of 2016 is to lead the launch of CRM project go live in Greater China and continuous follow ups after the launch of the system i.e. process design, data clearance/preparation/validation, system test, user training and etc.;
4.Take charge of the SAP supply chain master data to meet the requirements from different departments which includes but not limited to requirements collection, validation, testing, setting up and training and etc.;
5.Represent the company in SAP Site Data Experts meetings and training sessions organized by Corporate. Actively contribute to the network of Site data experts;
6.Cascade new SAP functionalities and/or changes of SAP Supply Chain in the company and organize training if needed;
7.Drive the business team and ensure a good utilization of the business systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business data;
8.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to make sure that the business system is always addressing the needs from business and even anticipating the needs/driving the activity to maximize the value to business.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience, IVD experience and user experience of salesforce.com preferred
3. Good project management experience
4. Good data analysis and report processing skills
5. Good command of English and Mandarin in both written and oral
6. Good people management skills
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
