The Segment Marketing Manager’s primary focus is to identify growth opportunity and make business plan to drive business grow. This candidate will work closely with both the F&E Team in headquarter and local presales team to implement our corporate strategy in China; and at the same time, the candidate collects the specific market requirements in respective geographies for further business opportunities.

§   Manage food business in China to achieve the defined annual target by collaborating with presales specialists and sales managers

§   Execute the corporate strategy and its marketing initiatives by leading and coordinating presales specialists, manage budget and timeline.

• Access to the KOLs in the market pro-actively, and build strong Waters brand among the KOLs and key thought leaders  

To understand our customer’s scientific challenges and business objectives and challenges in the region in order to provide the inputs to the corporate peers and senior management team on a regular basis

职位要求：

§   Bachelor Degree with minimum 7-8 years of experience in Science related field. Prefer Master Degree or Ph.D. degree in related field

§   Business development experience of LC/MS, GC/MS/MS for food industry, government, university or the scientific(Mass Spectrometry) instrument business; Lab experience related to food is advantage. Background knowledge on Separation Science and Mass Spectrometry is desirable

§   Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and interact virtually

§   Strong verbal and written communication skill, Ability to build effective relationships and trust with sales organizations as well as engage senior executives

§   Independent, self starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel 30 % on the job
