 job summary:

1. Marketing Manager is the key role of Rittal China management team. She or he will lead all strategic marketing, business development and product management issues by guideline of HQ.

   2. She or he must work closely with sales, operation and design teams to implement product development and                 technology transfer strategies to meet the customer requirements for domestic and export markets growth.

II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)

1.     Lead/mange marketing teams.

2.     Budget and manage all marketing campaigns include PR, MarCom, survey&reseach etc.

3.     Lead strategic product development plan include pricing, cost, portfolio, localization, roadmap and all technical support etc.

4.     Build strong connection with Rittal Germany HQ to ensure products/technologies transfer, champion new product development programs, localization and customization efforts with sales, design, SCM, QA & engineering team.

5.     Responsible for the collection and maintenance of all markets and competitive intelligence for the Rittal business in China, includes all customers & major competitors’ intelligence and analysis in all related industries.

6.     Be responsible for leading annual budget plan and all other strategic plans.

Manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams to execute product, marketing, channel and industry/segment strategies.

III. qualifications:

1. Education background:

Bachelor Degree and above. (Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering degree preferred).

2. Working experience:  

10 years working experience in industrial technical sales or marketing role.

More than 5 years in technical marketing management experience.

Solid product knowledge on industrial products.

3. Language and computer skills:

Proficient in English & Mandarin

4. Other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)

Strong communication skills and leadership, proficient in spreadsheet & presentation, customer oriented, positive attitude and teamwork.
