工作职责:

Manage Site Logistics Operations and work out long-term and medium-term and short-term strategies

Responsible for the construction of Warehousing and Logistics system for Consumables/general Chemicals/Hazardous Chemicals, and the management of goods storage, process optimization and system improvement, and constantly optimize the warehousing and logistics system in the process to improve the efficiency and quality.

Manage Site Logistics team, to ensure smooth and effective daily operation including warehousing, logistics and equipment of logistics department, etc.

Be responsible for the business training of logistics team, establish performance appraisal system and work plan of logistics team, monitor and evaluate the performance from inventory accuracy, logistics safety, service level, and control of all kinds of cost, to constantly improve the overall performance

Plan for the Site Logistics cost budget, and ensure the effective management and well control

Implement industry and relevant government departments

monitoring and inspection as well as third-party auditing

Can work independently to make decision for daily operation, as well as the coordination with other relevant departments

Organize research on industry development trend, benchmarking on our competitiveness, propose for improvement plan and provide input to company operations strategy

任职资格:

Education / Experience

Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Chemistry and other related fields. Logistics, Pharma, Biology, Chemistry relevant work background is preferred.

More than 5 years team management and on-site management experience including hazardous chemicals warehousing

Good interpersonal communication skills, planning and execution skills, strong career ambition, affinity and passion, able to work in pressure

Have a good sense of analysis and judgment, good customer service awareness, good cost accounting ability

Have the ability of overall planning, execution and emergency handling

Essential knowledge of Biological and Chemical safety, experience in Cold Chain logistics management of testing samples
