Medical strategy and execution supporting ICFC

  

-Clinical strategy in registration process of medical device partnering RA

  

-Obtain VOC and authoritative agency’s advice and integrate into study design to fit local regulatory and medical environment

  

-Working with global clinical development on synopsis and protocol development

  

-Medical plan in prelaunch of pharmaceutical products

  

- Advisory board meeting to collect insights to identify right initiatives in future medical communication

  

-develop educational materials for internal and external medical education

  

Internal data dissemination & Cross-functional Cooperation

  

-preparation and update of educational material and provide medical knowledge training to internal stakeholders

  

-Proactive communication on most recent scientific findings and provide medical information service in response to internal inquirles

  

-Provide medical and scientific support to the companys marketing and sales activities

  

-Actively participate in cross-functional collaboration to support integrated plans across the functions

  

Data external Data Dissemination and KOL Engagement

  

-Develop and maintain permanent relations with a network of opinion leaders and experts for the assigned product in order to maintain and reinforce the scientific position of the Group

  

-Medical/scientific responsibility for symposia/scientific activities (e.g.HCP CME support; onsite training)

  

Perform medical review and approval of promotional and educational materials to ensure high quality scientific and ethical standard

  

To support line manager on data generation

  

--Identification of pertinent local studies to support key messages, Baxter sponsored study protocol and final report draft;

  

--Identify research opportunity to link KOLs’ scientific interests with Baxter product development plan, review investigator initiated research (IIR) requests, and follow up study status.
