职位描述
1.负责做好物业管理费、水电煤费、停车场使用费、及其它服务费的收缴工作，每月提交收费系统表、分析表，以符合公司内部审计的全部要求。
2.监督、检查当日报修工单的跟进，及时回访，每月组织保养、保安、清洁、行政等部门对物业区域进行一次月度巡检并递交报告。
3.租户接待/走(回)访: 负责接听/接待客人的来电/来访, 对客人的投诉要耐心聆听及解释, 对不能处理事务及时向上级汇报并通知有关部门处理。定期与租户服务助理对客人单元进行走访, 填写<走(回)访记录表>, 了解客人的意见和建议, 做事件报告呈上级跟进。
4.审核拟发给租户的管理处各类通知、告示、回函和催款函件, 每月总结及报表等文书工作。
5.档案管理: 整理或督促下属整理租户档案, 及时归档。 及时更新租户通讯簿, 保证与租户之间的顺利沟通, 填写<档案管理检查表>。
6.完成上级交办的工作任务。
岗位要求：
1.男：175cm以上，女：165cm以上优先考虑，具有良好的服务意识；
2.大专或以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理或旅游管理优先；
3. 5年以上物业管理相同岗位工作经验，持有相关岗位证书优先考虑；
4.外语口语流利者优先考虑。
