Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Time % Summary of Major Duties:
40% Provide business partnership for new business model
1. Lead gate process(PMR) for all innovation and maintenance projects, including new brand launch/ new product launch / line extension initiatives / cost optimization etc, with profit and loss projection, Cash-flow, DCF valuation, ROI/Payback, Break-even analysis etc, and tie back the financial assumptions into the forecasting processes, as well as to review actual performance vs. plan and gate review, and propose for recommendation from financial perspective
2. Drive healthy and sustainable brand P&L with in-depth analysis through
o Regular pricing / VCM / gross margin analysis
o ROI/payback analysis and post tracking on key activities, such as bonus pack, promotion uplift, media uplift etc
o Investment model/ competitor benchmark etc.
40% Commercial Projects Financial Analysis
1. Provide financial leadership in developing key commercial projects.
2. Provide decision making support to commercial leadership team by solid financial analysis. This would include evaluating and providing recommendations on the effectiveness of promotions and programs through a rigorous ROI analysis.
3. Provide leadership on commercial related IS system design and development.
o Other ad hoc project and tasks.


20% Support reporting and submission for key planning cycles (outlook/annual plan/strategic plan) internally
1. Support on internal report structure design, template building, presentation for business performance review for annual plan/strategic plan
2. Always seek better way of reflection of business model/change/status/choices

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
？ He/She should also be proficient in MS Office applications with advance skill particularly in spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), and essentially familiar with SAP operating and reporting environment.
？ This position also needs to be knowledgeable in Economics, IS, Legal, Tax and Internal Control areas. Solid track record of project management, feasibility study and problem solving ability is expected.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Be specific with regard to years of experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as equivalency to education and experience.
Education: ？ University graduate, ACCA/CMA certification is preferred
Experience: ？ Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, coupled with commercial planning, analysis is preferred.
