Qualifications:
1.Utilizes marketing practices and skills to contribute in the development and execution of the product marketing plan for Bus system including KNX and C-bus (portfolio management, marketing strategy, value proposition, positioning etc.) Responsibilities also include VOC gathering, Marketing Plan Blueprint development and collaboration, segmentation, targeting and positioning to align messaging, tactics, commercial channel tools and execution for success
2.Responsible for connected system product line target (mainly focus on KNX and C-bus parts).
3.The marketing representative working with the local and global LoB R&D team on new product development projects with responsibility for product definition, feature prioritization, scope versus schedule tradeoffs, pricing, positioning, comprehensive go-to-market plans, and training commercial marketing teams.
4.Key contributor to the product segment roadmaps and business cases with the goal of achieving growth and market share objectives. Collaborates with Digital energy channel management team, regional sales team to develop the orders and sales forecast for the products and sales promotion.
5.Collaborates with WD offer marketing on new WD range smart system panels development.
6.Collaborates with residential KA team on KA developer central purchasing support,and project spec in.
7.Builds up Eco system relationship with IoT companies or KA developers on smart home and smart building segment.
8.Collaborates with Marketing Communications to execute communication plans and contributes to the development of communication “assets” (collateral, images, and marketing/training tools) that can be used in the execution of regional communication plans.
9.Using a variety of inputs, e.g. market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, and market share, assists in the development of Go-to-market strategy for a product segment/category/portfolio.
Qualifications:
Strong management, analytical and process skills.
Strategy and Structure thinking on business development and system platform development.
Education: Electronic or Business development, Market research related.
5+ years experience on lighting control system or smart home system management, familiar with KNX or other 485 protocol bus system.
Working experience in offer promotion, marketing, product marketing or related field.
Familiar with project or distribution channel management, and KA central purchasing business model.
Well known about lighting control application, and solution in residential and commercial building segment.
Good communication and analysis skills.
Result oriented and self-motivated.
Language: Fluent oral and written English.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP system.
