职位描述
岗位的基本目标
根据Global基础架构项目的整体规划，在中国IT Manager的带领下，支持项目在中国的落地实施及运维。包括但不限于ERP，OA，HRMS 的运维。
根据业务发展及IT策略，不断推动赞邦中国的信息化应用水平，提升赞邦中国全体成员对IT支持的满意度。
岗位职责：
1、支持global 基础架构项目，作为本地应用系统的管理员保障ERP，OA，HRMS 的运维。
2、负责组织信息化建设的具体实施，统筹软硬件标准，完成网络改进目标
3、对各业务部门信息化需求进行评估、分析并提出解决措施，积极推动公司信息化应用水平
4、为赞邦中国用户提供视频会议的预定及技术支持，确保视频会议系统正常使用
5、终端用户的支持工作
相关工作经历：
三年以上的Microsoft Office 365’s services – Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Skype for Business, or Teams 的管理和支持经验。
三年以上的服务器平台(Windows, Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V, Exchange)管理经验。
熟悉ERP系统软件的管理支持运维
熟悉HRMS 和 OA系统的企业业务流程
丰富的服务器管理经验
专业化的客户端支持
熟悉各种网络设备的管理和配置
所需技能
精通Microsoft O365的管理和操作。在IT基础机构和网络方面有丰富的经验
了解ERP系统架构，了解业务流程；
熟悉各类常见办公软件和硬件的使用
精通数据库（SQL Server）
优先考虑了解电话系统，机房设施，CCTV等弱电系统
了解各种网络设备（交换机，路由器，防火墙，AP等）工作原理及配置
熟悉活动目录的管理与操作，了解Sharepoint、SCCM。Antivirus 的管理

Our product research involves in the treatment on respiratory diseases, urinary tract diseases, endocrine diseases, cardio-cerebral vascular diseases, etc. In 2007, we received the GMP certificate issued by AIFA of Italy and became the first pharmaceutical company in Hainan qualified by the GMP certificate of European Union.
