RESPONSIBILITIES：

Assist the brand team on Hennessy X.O and Hennessy &Meals promotions in all channels including but not limited to

liaison with trade marketing and sales team to produce printing collaterals , PG training materials etc.

Follow up with external agencies to develop execution details and execution book.

Promotion performance tracking and reporting

 

Administration support to the team including but not limited to

E-workflow of A&P

FOC application and POSM delivery

Documentation for legal/compliance

Logistic Support on brand events

Occasional domestic travel to support the operation of promotion and brand events

 

REQUIREMENTS：

Work at least 3 days a week for at least 6 months.

Fluent in both oral and written English.

Proficient in MS office tools.

Responsible and good communication skill.

Be positive and passionate.

Graduate with major in Business, marketing or English preferred.
