• PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

• Prepare shipping and/or banking documents including letter of credit screening for ensuring clean bills submitted to bank

• Coordinate with various service providers for transport documents issuance ensure it is correctly fulfilled requirement

• Coordinate with Bank on any Letter of Credit and bill settlement issues

• Validate service bills and settle the payment according to process and policy

• Maintain LC banking information/records, provide monthly billing performance report

• Provide LC discrepancy analysis and solution for continuous improvement

• LSP HBL/HAWB/SWB quality statistics report

• Monthly Distribution and Warehousing cost analysis and solution for continuous improvement

• Customs clearance/CIQ coordination and master data maintenance

• Other tasks assigned by team & company

• Communication skill

• Familiar with the changeable Customs and Commodity Inspection regulation and provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders

• Data analysis

• To make sure all key business control points are properly managed with reliable and practical way of management

The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:

a) Education学历:

• Above college Degree in International Trade, Finance or Business

                b) Experience工作经验:

• 3~5 Years experience in logistics management and have experience in working with the medical systems company is an advantage

                c) Travel Frequency出差频率:         

< 25% 25% - 50% > 50%

d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

• Personal Attributes

  • Self motivate and strong inter personal skills

  • Willing to work under pressure

  • Change management skills

  • Open Minded

     

• Language ability

  • Good in written and spoken in English and Mandarin

     

• Computer Literacy

  • Be familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint etc), and database.
