Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Beijing GTC office day-to-day general admin & office operation management as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, including reception and employee service, office supplies, meeting service, business vehicle management etc.
-Supervise administration management policies and process, optimize administration systems and get continuously improvement as site base
-Responsible for site facility maintenance, make sure the office environment, utility, fix asset and system maintenance under good operation, provide efficient and effective workplace following 6S management standard
-Responsible for Beijing GTC site Admin team management including performance management, operation report summary and on job training to ensure SOP implementation
-Responsible for BJ GTC site Vender management with KPI evaluation to ensure SLA conducting
-Supervise sourcing, negotiating and monitoring daily supplies and constantly driving for cost saving initiatives and manage all administrative costs effectively in BJ GTC site
-Responsible for site security daily operation and emergency response: monitor and ensure compliance to security related issues, regulations, and requirements, including fire, environmental, and risk management
-Responsible for employee welfare, organize Employee Engagement activities in BJ GTC Office, increase employee connection and enhance the sense of belonging and pride to work at Thermo Fisher
-Other jobs when required & Support manager in related issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree & above, prefer in administrative management
-8 years and above experience in Admin function in MNC
-3 years and above team management experience in MNC
-Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
-Good at data Sum. and analysis skill
-Good at MS office/POWERPOINT, EXCEL and WORD
-Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, good problem solving skill
-Good logic & strategic thinking and build organizational relationship
-Customer-focused, Result-orientated, Attention to details
-Ability to handle multi-tasks and can work under high pressure
-Passionate, self-motivated with high ownership.
