工作职责:

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

? Lead to develop, implement and enhance overall ICE process

? Act as change agent to drive effective process change management to support various business scenarios

? Lead to improve data quality of across overall ICE process

？ Customer profiling

？ Customer targeting & segmentation

？ Customer engagement with integration of different digital capabilities

? Integrate and optimize CE process to support various business scenarios

？ Lead to define CE SIP criteria fully aligned with business strategy

？ Drive the CE SIP criteria integration with digital engagement process

? Drive business effectiveness via collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, MCM and IT) to identify, define, test and implement improvements across the ICE process

? Lead to drive best user experience of customer engagement, including user acceptance testing, listen to customer feedback, etc

? Work closely with data insight team to support on maximizing business benefit across overall CE process enhancement

任职资格:

Education Requirement:

? Required: BA/BS

Required:

? Proven working experience in Process Management. Experience on Customer Segmentation, Customer Engagement Strategy, Digital Engagement Implementation and Data Insight Analysis is preferred

? Proven working experience in overall planning & execution of Customer Engagement Project

? 6 Sigma certificate (green belt & above) is preferred

? Deep understanding of customer engagement in Pharma Industry

? Result-driven attitude with strong data-driven thinking

? Excellent cross-function communication skills to accelerate process enhancement, proved coordination skill across marketing, sales, MCM and IT is preferred

? Fluent in written and oral English is preferred
